A few updates have been posted to the official convention website, vairiation2013.com, including a few updates to the schedule as well as a rules page that provides links to the rules of the different events.  Also note that in addition to the host hotel the Holiday Inn Express and the Best Western are now sold out.

Hotel Update

There are still rooms available at the host hotel, Four Points Sheraton.  However, if they are full when you go to make your reservation, try their sister hotel, Holiday Inn Express, next.  They are both in the same parking lot.  Some other alternatives that are within walking distance include Best Western, Fairfield Inn and Red Roof Inn.  Go to http://www.vairiation2013.com/lodging.htm to get the contact information for all of these hotels and to see a better view of the map.
